I'm looking for Pokémon Cries from Sword/Shield versions, and I wanted to listen Grookey, Scorbunny and Sobble's cries. But, I don't know how can I find the sound data to dump.

You don't give enough description or file samples for us to help you, so until you get access to the filesystem, there's not much we can do. Utilize google on how to extract switch containers, as that can't really be discussed here.
