Ok, im kinda new to spriting, any tips would be good.
i did a sonic, i dont think its very good.

You're right, it isn't good. At all.
I can't even give crits on this. Scrap the entire thing and start over.
Tips:
START SLOW. Don't rush it like you did.
Learn anatomy.
START SLOW.
Learn how to shade.
Smoothen out your edges.
START SLOW.

as harsh that comment may sound, xTYVONx is right. Actually, it's easier to redo the whole thing than trying to improve those.
