Greetings I wanted to know if it is possible to extract some models from the Playstation 1

You could try psx prev. You can get the main version here: https://github.com/rickomax/psxprev
Tho if you want a exe version : https://www.romhacking.net/utilities/1236/

Just note if the game doesn't use pmd, tim, or tmd. Chances of ripping models are very slim. You could try using ninja ripper with direct x 8. Or, use neosis to extract to rom to view the files. To hopefully extract models. I know using neosis works on psp and some ps2 games for t posed models. But, Ps1 model ripping seems to be pretty much dead at this point.

Since, ps1 model ripping isn't the same as n64 model ripping.
