You are more than welcome to split up the Sound Effects into multiple zips (between 100MB - 150MB ) and submit them to our site if you'd like!

Alternatively, looks like a lot of the filesize comes from having the same image attached to each individual sound effect. If you removed the embedded cover art from the MP3s and kept them as a separate file for your Sounds Resource submission, it should be suitable for submission (from 283MB -> 54.4MB for your B/W sounds for example).
