[Linux only] PLIST + PNG to individual PNGs - Simpsons Dumper - 08-23-2019

At long last I've got around to uploading some of the things from Masters which are in those tightly-packed spritesheets to The Spriters Resource, seeing as I think it's not too long now until the game releases worldwide. I may as well share my little script for despriting these now, in case it's handy for anyone, though it probably won't be for reasons I'll get into shortly.

Included in the attached archive is my messy and fragile source code, plus a pre-compiled executable for x86-64 Linux. It seems to not want to compile for 32-bit, and as it stands will not work on Windows due to botched directory creation. I think it might work on Mac if you can compile it! And on Windows if you make the appropriate edits. There is also a text file which includes a command for building it with g++.

To use it, ensure a PNG and Pokémon Masters PLIST file are in the same directory, and run it with the filename of your files without a file extension as the argument, e.g. ./plist battle_pack_99. Ensure you have full write access to the current directory.

Dependencies for building are the libMagick stuff. If on Ubuntu, I think sudo apt install libmagick++-dev graphicsmagick-libmagick-dev-compat will sort you out, but no promises are made.

Is sound ripping gonna be possible, soon? I really would like to utilize the various voice clips in the game, myself.

RE: Pokémon Masters - Deep Weeb - 08-24-2019

I have this problem where some of the mouths of the characters seem to have their lips glued together, no idea if this is inherent issue with the models or it's a by-product of the current version of Turk's script.

It might or not work but open her mouth before you delete doubles and that should fix it. If It doesn't, add a shape key and open her mouth by using proportional editing, after that set the shapekey into 1 so her mouth is open and delete doubles once more and if that doesn't fix it then i don't know what will lol.

Edit: Just tested it and you can't fix it through opening her mouth using her bones or by using shapekeys. Your only way to fix it is by manually removing the lips doubles one by one, just tested it and it works but it will take you a lot of time doing this method.

So, now that the full version of the game has been released, could anyone with the game install it send me the full files via DM? I need to check for new stuff

Here are the instructions on how to do it: https://feheroes.gamepedia.com/Fire_Emblem_Heroes_Wiki:Extracting_game_assets

Install Visual Studio Community, load up the SLN file and change the input/output path variables.

If you're interested, I have the files from the beta, extracted too, but I don't have anything from the full release since I've not been able to get the game running either and relied on people sharing stuff in this thread.

RE: Pokémon Masters - Lugana Rysniq - 09-04-2019

Nothing new has been added since the soft launch model wise.
most of the new data was the Japanese Voices.
as they didn't exist in the Soft launch.
new models should be added when a new gatcha with new characters show up.

RE: Pokémon Masters - TheFip - 09-10-2019

Has any of the models been uploaded to the models resources already?

RE: Pokémon Masters - Simpsons Dumper - 09-10-2019

The game has been added to the list but no models are currently pending or approved.
