G-Force NDS *.PAK Format - Help Needed! - Resistiv - 02-06-2019

Hey all!

Recently, I picked up a copy of G-Force for DS and was curious about its general rip-ability, so to speak. So, I decided to unpack and extract the files using Tinke and got a whole bunch of really recognizable file types, except for one single file, which I believe to contain many of the main models of the characters, named game.pak.
So, my main problem is that I'm not too knowledgeable in the field of file structuring and formatting, therefore I've got no idea how to properly identify and extract what is within the file.
That being said, it would be appreciated if someone could help me out with this little problem and work to a solution for properly extracting it!

For some extra info, the file has a Magic ID of "PAK " and includes some notable points throughout that contain plaintext file names, such as at 0x15dace.

P.S. If you've got the time and don't mind, could you also explain any solution you come to? Sorry if this asking a bit much, but I'd like to be able to understand the solution as much as possible for future experiences!
