Any idea how I can extract files from .CAT ?

.CAT & .RAR are not allowed... Hmmmmmmmmm...

The guy is speaking about a SKEV script linked to QuickBMS, but there is not reference about this script on this board or on the official website of this soft.

All you must do is find signature of DDS, and just update position and size values to its specific point in the archive (All of which are stored, but didn't have a sample that had more than one texture in it as of now.) Attached is a bms script to parse dds out of each cat. (Zip them into a .zip, as that's the only form our site allows for attachments.) As you only provided samples with only one texture in them, I did not bother analyzing the table in the beginning of the archive. So, if you know of cats that have multiple texture files in them, post them here and I will update the script.
