What happened to the wiki? I can't find the site's button on the ribbon, and when I try accessing it through Google, it gives me a 404. Did it get deleted?

The upgrade to PHP 7 broke the link between the forum and the wiki so it's gone, at least for the time being. If I can find a way to make it work with this version of PHP, I'll bring it back.
