Dragon quest XI PC .pak file - Tundraviolet - 09-07-2018
Hi! With the release of this game a few days ago I wonder if someone is already working on extracting the models from this game. I got hold of the files from PC version and I suspect the models are hidden in the data.pak file. Does someone know how can I extract the .pak file? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I search everywhere and still nothing.

Have u tried Umodel? pak files are usually unreal engine...

I just tried it but it doesn't open it. I guess I do need to unpack the .pak file first. Thanks for the help

The pak can be opened using this script from zenhax!

I haven't had any luck opening the uassets in umodel. The game uses 4.13 so you have to override it, but it always comes up with "wrong export index" when I try to load something.

Yup. I found that pretty fast XD Yeah I'm in the same page I can't load the models in Ue viewer. How do you override to the right version? I only seem to get 4.14 up when asking for a version to choose.
Update: Forget the override I found it. I can't open the models like you said. Get errors

can one upload the pak files for this game? I would try to get them my self but my pc doesn't have the storage for it
