That's because starting with City Wars, Bandai Namco Entertainment had changed the game engine from Unity to the one that we don't know about, and we know is that the game engine is named Genki Engine.

Currently, the only possible way to extract the 3d models from the game is to run the game in any of the Android emulators on PC and use Ninja Ripper to extract them. However, models extracted from Ninja Ripper will not contains rigging and separate mesh group, which can be a problem for some modelers as there are multiple hand meshes on the models from that game, and for those who tries to submit the models to Model-Resource as the site only accepts the models in their original rigging.
