The Observer's Observations Showcase - Paraemon - 08-06-2017

Welcome to the Observer's Observations Showcase!

Formerly my submission thread before I started submitting directly to the site, this thread has now been purposed towards being a forums-side archive of my work in ripping. I shall do my utmost to update this once a week (probably on a Saturday to coincide with the Spriter's Resource). All links will be text only due to limits.

If the link is not directly to the Spriter's Resource, it's hosted on my imgbb. Do note that some sheets seen in the various subsections below may not yet be available on the site yet/at all, so just keep an eye on this first post. Any up on the site already but not included in the list, is due to be revised and will be added in later.

NOTE: All Sheets that are linked below are in my March 2020 Standard. I might have more sheets on TSR, sure, but if they're not linked below, then they're not yet at the recent standard and will be updated in due course.

One thing I'd like to do with the Sonic games is split the sheets up by game. For example, only Sonic 2 stuff in the Sonic 2 section, even down to fonts and chaos emeralds. So really you have 2 sheets here; Sonic 3 & Knuckles menus, and Sonic 2 menus.

Uh, Ton, those menus are also in Sonic 3, so his sheet's not wrong.

Game: Sonic the Hedgehog 3

From the positioning of Sonic, Tails and Knuckles, I could almost make a Charlies Angels parody.

If you make the icon a solid, nonwhite color, I can make it transparent. I put the menus and data select up!

Sheet: Glowing Spheres (Prototype)
Game: Sonic the Hedgehog 3 or Sonic & Knuckles

The Glowing Spheres Bonus Stage from the 0408 prototype. 32 background animation frames capped at 192x192 for maximum capabilities, plus an easy-to-flip wall section (split up to fit in the sheet, left to right is top to bottom) and the only (non-functioning) object that isn't rings in the Bonus Stage.

I had submitted this earlier, then realised it needed fixing, since the gold, "Vinesauce Rev"-like walls were simply incorrect. Using the wall I had previously been working with, I had to recolor the black in from false-color tiles and reconstruct it by individual sections, not a fun task. But, it's properly done now and ready!

I don't know how I confused the 8 for a 0, but I can get an icon fix soon. Thanks once again, though!
