I got -1 reputation from sending LooneyTunerIan the Navy Seal copypasta (which I knew was a bad choice) and I'm just wondering what does that do? Will it keep me from submitting a sheet or something?

The reputation system doesn't have any real perks or disadvantages when it comes to site privileges, it's just for people to provide feedback on what kind of member you are.

rep only dictates what kind of person you are. Usually you'll earn those from people who think you deserve, so try to be an active and participative member.
