The Problem With Tornado Outbreak's audio - Larryeedwards - 06-15-2017
Well! I managed to extract both PS3 and Wii version of the audio and they both won't play!

Didn't realize they were encrypted! I'll see if i can fix this!

The reason they dont' play is because they're not in the right encoding. They have a magic word of "RIFX", so it's possibly XMA, or some other special codec. I'm uncertain, as the sound chunks are truncated by a "JUNK" chunk. I don't know how to remove those.
