Dragon Ball Fusions (swizzled texture) - Carpaccio - 02-09-2017

So a friend of mine has figured out the models almost, but we're having trouble with textures. They seem to be swizzled in some way.  Can anyone figure this out?

They are not swizzled, but they are compressed with ETC1 format.

Is there an easy way to extract them? A tool perhaps?

I dunno. You can use my raw image thing if you want, but you need to manually type in width and height.

Assuming this format is consistant the last box should always be "80"

Thanks for the help Ploaj!

Okay so I'm having a problem converting them without the alphas screwing them up. The 'EX' fusions are all ETC1A4 encrypted but with that too, when extracted to png, it does that annoying 3DS texture thing where the alphas are the speculars, but removing them ends up turning things completely black, rather than preserving the original color. Can anyone help me extract these properly? https://www.dropbox.com/s/u1hoa9ruz85i4gq/Beerusis.zip?dl=0

Sorry to double post, but I've searched elsewhere with little to no results. Can anyone help with this? I really need to get it figured out.
