Help Ripping Revolt 3 apk - MightyCucumber - 06-29-2016

Hello there. Smile

I recently downloaded the apk of Revolt 3 (yes, there is a new Revolt game - even though it bears little similarity to its original counterpart) with the intent of ripping the cars and textures, but I have little clue on how to open .dat files within it.

Would anyone be kind enough to point me out a neat tutorial where I can find the answers I'm looking for to decompile and extract these files?

Game file formats vary a lot, particularly ones with such a generic extension as .dat. As such, there likely aren't tutorials available for this exact format. Somebody here still may be able to figure it out, though; could you upload a few so we can take a look? If there's other files there other than .dat files, upload some of them also.

Thank you for the answer! Smile

The only files in the folders are .dat files, there are no other file types in there. Smile

Here's the link to some of the .dat files.

It'd be awesome if you guys could point me a way to extract these so I can then rip the models and textures of the cars. Smile

it's possible to rip the models with assetstudio but there are a few textures but lightmaps and as i said before the textures were found in the long gone servers so rip
