Texture comes out completely transparent but keeps colors intact? - Pichi-Hime - 06-26-2016

Alright, so I've extracted almost all of Fire Emblem: Fates Character models, and at first glance, it seems their textures are mostly, if not completely, transparent. For example, Sakura's hair texture: http://imgur.com/5jXiEJI

Strangely enough, whn opened in Paint.NET, I can select colors that aren't visible on her hair texture. They just have their Opacity set to 0, and repeatedly duplicating the layer does nothing to solve this.

Anyway, I installed a tool in Paint.NET that can change this, but the texture loses all color, like this: http://imgur.com/9TUgMIX

Is there a tool or tutorial that can fix the texture being transparent while not losing all of the color?

It may be an alpha channel, try here:

When ran, throw in the image, connect green to green red to red and blue to blue. but disregard the grey colors. export it, that should fix thtransparency issue.
