Wait till it's clear whether he's really banned or just suspended for some time. If he won't be able to get to this until christmas due to the suspension, I'll bypass him and send you someone else's name.
Shouldn't take longer than a few days, depending on when I get an answer from the administration concerning the ban.

He has been banned several times, and he might even be permabanned. He doesnt even know how to draw or sprite.

What if you were to use a base sprite then add stuff to it, like a human base, then add clothes, hair, etc?
