Sonic Generation Specific Request - Carpaccio - 05-10-2016
Hey all, I've got a hopefully-simple request for anyone who knows how to rip stuff from Sonic Generations for PC. I'm looking for the GUN Truck that chases the player in the City Escape level. Can anyone help?

I think I found the truck's packages, complete with bones. I'll try to set them up for you, but if you want to extract them yourself and have the PC version, get the latest version Quickbms, and the cpk.bms file. You'll also want to look into Generations Archive Editor and SGLvl. Use Quickbms with the script to extract the bb.cpk file. Among the Extracted files, look for cte10?.ar* and cte20?.ar* files. The trucks' models and textures seem to be scatter among those. You'll want to open them with Generations Archive Editor and extract everything in all of those files. Once you're done, you'll need to use SGLvl to convert the models into dae files. Make sure to change the file extension when you're converting them as the program won't do it automatically. The textures will need a little tweaking on the model, but they should be there.
