Do you know anyone that can identify a file-format from a game's files? The file format is most likely not in a custome format, since everything else is in a readable file format.
Are there any other good model-ripping programs that work except for 3D ripper dx and Ninjaripper? Is it possible to somehow also rip animations from games successfully?
Are the any model-ripping programs for Mac currently available?

Attach the file, I could look at it in a hex editor and I might be able to determine what it is.

Yes UE fiewer, Nifscope and Noesis are easy to use.
