Supposedly this has been leaked in light of the upcoming events relating to the next Nintendo Direct, which largely has to do with the 20th anniversary of pokemon.
Thoughts?

Can't really say much with just logos honestly. Will have to wait and see what's cooking for Gen 7. Hopefully, they end up finally having every trainer with animated models and such, instead of using the cardboard cutout cut-ins again. They went from having everything animated, from all trainers to all BGs and battle discs in Black and White 2, to...Gen 6. I'd rather have well done 2D than half assed 3D personally.

Okay but in all seriousness, I highly doubt Sun and Moon is legit. I heard it came from a forum or something.
Plus, there's obviously gotta be a Pokemon Z for gen 6. They can't just be done with gen 6 yet. We haven't even gotten Volcanion yet!

But are they really announcing gen 7 so soon? Remember when they announced X and Y they came out within the same year. We still haven't had Pokemon Z or Volcanion so... I wonder how they're gonna do this.

Yeah, I'm not saying it isn't going to happen, but I've sat here and watched a lot of people assume there was going to be a Pokemon Z. These last two gens have taught us that we can't just expect a third version or that the naming convention will stick with colors and stones.

Given that Game freak came up with a black 2 and white 2, and then jumping into gen 3 remakes after X and Y, I don't think it would be all too surprising if game freak has decided to move on to a new gen.
They've sort of began to take interesting twists of their own, you don't know what to expect from them. So with fairness I have no reason to doubt that this is legitimate unless it's confirmed fake.

what i do like about Sun and Moon is that you can shorten this pokemon gen to
Pokémon SuMo
EDIT: OMG WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO HERE'S THE DEAL:
- Your Pokemon from the 3DS VC ports of Red, Blue and Yellow can be transferred over to Sun and Moon via Pokemon Bank. This is actually kinda cool
- The games will now be playable in traditional and simplified Chinese. Um, neat?

Well I mean, when the anime uses Z, you'd think it'd be more likely that there would be a Pokemon Z. I think that's why everyone thought it would be Pokemon Z.
