Pac-Man World 3 Models? (Unknown format) - SuperMario123311 - 02-13-2016

So I dumped these files with QuickBMS from PMW3 ((The Gamecube version, It's the same apparently for the PS2 version as I've tried.)) and all the files don't exactly have any sort of format to them. from what they are named though (IE: "m_pacman") it makes sense that these are more than likely the models are textures but I don't exactly know what to do. I tried importing it into Blender with no avail. Any help would be appreciated as I'm kind of stumped.

Emulate it on Dolphin and rip it with 3d ripper DX.
I do this if I have wii/gamecube games with models files unknown.

I read somewhere some versions of Dolphin can't use that program for some reason... What build would you reccomend to use though? Also, if possible: Any good tutorials on how to get started with it?

Use Dolphin 3.5(Don't use more recent), it work very good with 3D Ripper DX (last version).
There is the settings for 3D ripper DX :

NOTE : In dolphin, use DIRECT X 9 ! No DX11 !
If you encounter any problem tell me.

Send the log from Dolphin, the version of windows you are running and screenshot of the error.
