Have you tried actually rendering it? With that I mean rendering it in the renderer which you can access from the menu bar at the top instead of displaying it in the viewport. The resolution of textures is lowered in the viewport for better performance so things will start to look muddy.

Simply looks like the texture resolution is very low causing the colors to bleed out. Nothing to fix here.
