Hi all! - Blackbeard - 09-13-2015

Hi all!
I just become a member and I really like the sites sprite data base. I'm developing 3 games at this moment for online playing using program construct 2 and I would like to use some of the sprites and modify them for my games. I don't know the procedure, how to get permit to use the sprites and is there any particular way I should give author the credits. I have section reserved for credits in main menu and I was wondering how to contact the authors of sprite sheets and should I mention the TSR site in credits too?
Probably someone asked this before but I couldn't find that question on forum, maybe I didn't look hard enough... Anyway sorry if I'm boring you with beginners questions. I'a amateur at program and I work in my free time so game is coming up slowly.
If I need to show a proof that the game is going well I can send you snapshots of the games I am working on...
Thank you for your time. Smile

Hey there.

The FAQ on the main portion of the site pretty much covers your questions: http://www.spriters-resource.com/faq/

As for credits, most uploaders put credit information on their sheets, so just use that.

This. Regardless though, I want to stress that the resources here can only be used in completely non-commercial works. This means you're not selling your game, there are no in-app purchases, no ads, and no other way to make any money from the project if you want to use the resources here.

Thanks guys! Don't worry I understand the rules about non-commercial use only...
Just 1 thing more... How I contact the sprite author or ripper?
