Regarding how much posts needed to be promoted - Brandondorf9999 - 07-22-2015

How many posts does a user need in-order to be promoted in a group or an administrator?

You don't get promoted by post count.
See the star(s) above your avatar? Those increase with post count but are essentially nothing more than a visual flair on your account that show that you've been a member for a long time and have made a lot of posts.

Being promoted to a moderator or administrator is an entirely separate process that post count has no bearing on whatsoever. It's more so about post quality and what you can/do contribute to the forum/site.

How do I get my stars increased?

Like Vipershark explained, they'll increase as your post count increases. If I recall correctly, 300 posts give you two stars, while 600 (or maybe it was 900) gains you three.

Like Viper said, it's only a cosmetic thing, so don't think about the stars too much.

I checked with the member list and it is more like 250 and 750

Just to make sure this is explicitly clear, there is no automated process for being promoted to staff groups. Quality posts over a certain period of time do not automatically push you though the ranks. Staff are chosen as needed from those best suited for the position, which is what Vipershark meant when he referenced quality posting.

Correct!

By the way, why aren't my submissions being approved for the models resources when they are still pending? These were supposed to be reviewed and get on the site since these models I got came from Roblox that were submitted by premium builder's club users. My other sprites for that flash game are also supposed to be approved after it was still on pending stage for weeks.

We have a very small staff handling a very large number of submissions. They get to it when they can but they're volunteering their time and have other responsibilities outside of the site that come first. Your submissions will be addressed in due time.
