So after giving up trying to rip from the Gamecube version of PMW3 I decided to finally go to the definitive version of the game: The PS2 version, however now they are in a format I can't find ANY sort of extensions to known as ".PS2"
This is really becoming a pain... I hate to bug you all but... And help would be appreciated trying to get these open.

So thanks to a user on another forum I actually managed to finally get these open. It turns out .PS2 is just a disguised .GCP file and QuickBMS read them as otherwise.
Now I can actually get some of Pac-Man's voice clips, including some unused ones in the game.
Thank you all for your help though, Expect to see this stuff by tomorrow or so.
