Fire Emblem 14 - Paladin - 01-14-2015



I can barely contain the hype!

Some points:

-The giant seems to be based on the Mouth of Truth

-Sword have a weapon triangle advantage against bows

-Models have feet

I am excited for this. I am a big fan of Awakening, so I am really looking forward to this. I am also thrilled to hear it is a new story rather than a direct sequel to Awakening.

I can also see the Fire Emblem amiibo working in a similar fashion to how they work in Project Steam. It would be even cooler if ALL amiibo worked in some way. Even if not giving a completely new character or model, maybe something inspired by them. Something like a strong general with some sort of fire affinity for Bowser, or some green palette hero or myrmidon for Link.

THIS HYPE TRAIN DOESN'T HAVE A NEXT DESTINATION BECAUSE THAT WOULD REQUIRE THE HYPE TRAIN TO HAVE BREAKS!!!!!!!!!!!

It looks like the lord is going to be a woman too. I hope its like Eirika and not a custom character.

It appears to be a separate world from the one in 13, which isn't all that weird for Fire Emblem.

Oh shit... I just imagined... What if amiibos could be used to add special units to your force that wouldn't usually be in the game? Marth returns 2015

He's in Awakening along with a good chunk of every games' cast so its true that could be a possibility.

Well you could get Marth and Ike in Fire Emblem Awakening using the extra Wireless features. You had to either pay them to join, or defeat their squad in a battle.
