Well here's Another One.
I'll take your advice with ball Kirby. Thanks.
I'll keep playing with the shading to see if I can saturate it.
See if this is good.

There's a lot of pillowshading on the bottom of him.

If you haven't already, skimming through this could prove very beneficial.

The shading is still badly banded, and I didn't mean to saturate just the shading, but the whole thing, although your colors actually have the right pink in them already, as I found while doing this:

I was able to cut out 10 colors from your palette, and made a much cleaner sprite. You'll also notice the shading follows the curve of the body a bit better. It still needs some work, but you see what I'm getting at, right?

RE: Nate's Little Mash Of Pixels(Need Crit) - eureka - 10-09-2014

Yeah, I noticed that too.
In the games Kirby has like, two colors in the actual circle, and more colors around the eyes?
I'm not sure but that seems to be how I remember it.
The feet also have some shading, and the left one (his right) in most games is one pixel shorter than the circle.

RE: Nate's Little Mash Of Pixels(Need Crit) - eureka - 10-09-2014

This is another one I made.
It looks like the best so far but I dunno.
I only used like 5-6 palletes for it so That shouldn't be a problem.

RE: Nate's Little Mash Of Pixels(Need Crit) - E-Man - 10-09-2014

I don't know if having the feet as perfect semicircles is a good idea. How about trying to round the bases of them a bit?

RE: Nate's Little Mash Of Pixels(Need Crit) - Paladin - 10-10-2014

I actually liked the colours used in the old palette. The hue shift made it more interesting.

RE: Nate's Little Mash Of Pixels(Need Crit) - Kelvin - 10-10-2014

His right arm still looks kind of square, and now the top of it looks pinched, but the rest of it looks cleaner and clearer, especially the face. Good work.

RE: Nate's Little Mash Of Pixels(Need Crit) - eureka - 10-10-2014

Well Guys, This should be the best I've done.
It looks good, if I do say so myself.
Oh also I took your advice about the feet E-Man. Should Look good.

RE: Nate's Little Mash Of Pixels(Need Crit) - Shade - 10-10-2014

Where exactly is the light source? I would think the top right, but the shading on the forehead would say the opposite direction, so that's a bit confusing.

RE: Nate's Little Mash Of Pixels(Need Crit) - eureka - 10-10-2014

TBH,  I didn't think of lightsource actually.
I'll work on that

I'd also recommend some more AA. Your doing a lot better now, though-

(Also made the red blushes more visible but ih)

RE: Nate's Little Mash Of Pixels(Need Crit) - E-Man - 10-10-2014

Nice work on the feet, but they seem disproportionate to the body. I think you should either make the feet bigger or the body smaller.

RE: Nate's Little Mash Of Pixels(Need Crit) - eureka - 10-10-2014

Cool!
I updated my Kirby's Shading, And......
Tried an Experimental Walking animation.
Looks Good.
I haven't the foggiest idea why I didn't start Pixel art before.  It's kinda fun.

RE: Nate's Little Mash Of Pixels(Need Crit) - Shade - 10-10-2014

Few other things come to mind.

The arm on the right needs to be lowered a very little bit, the foot on the left should be in front of Kirby, not beneath him like the other foot, and his left arm looks broken, as it's bending inward slightly. Other than those nitpicks, this has improved greatly compared to the original. Great work so far!

EDIT: Referring to the base pose, not the animation.
