I take it you're not doing outlines anymore? Not that it looks bad without them, but Hawkmon's shape seems like it would fit better with them, since he has a very similar shape to your other more toony sprites.

I might still make some outlined sheets if I feel like doing some, but my main focus now is working without them so I can get used to it.

I was going to make the characters look as close to their original design as possible, but I decided to keep the Cartoony/Mario-Style look because it was more interesting.

Another thing was to add outlines around the characters like SSB3DS, as a separate version on the same sheet.

The outlined sprites look wonderful, better than the ones without one imo.

I should probably add outlined versions then. It's pretty easy to make so it wouldn't be much trouble.

Also, back in the previous art-style, I've changed Lucario's sheet again. I fixed up a few sprites and added ducking attack animation, which should make it complete now.

Just putting the sheet together took more button mashing than in a 3-player match of Project M.
But hopefully, it was worth it!

The buildup for the fire breath kinda makes me expect the mouth to open wider and not be so smiley, though I dunno if that's a character trait or what; just makes me expect something like what Charizard does.

Actually that came from trying to figure out whether or not it should look completely side-ways while shooting fire.

Edited it so now it looks much more like the original game's animation.

Also this time, I don't know who to sprite next(after Hawkmon's Sheet), but I still want to sprite more!

Also here is a wip of Aquillamon for Hawkmon's Final Smash. His shape is pretty unusual for me to make, so I'm not sure how the shading came out.
