Got so sick of crap players on MH4U not being able to "superman" dive (you're invincible while doing it) ended up fighting Dalamadur solo. Only had 2 minutes left on the clock but well - was a lot less frustrating...

You might find the D-Pad better positioned on the actual Gamepad as opposed to the Pro Controller, assuming that's what you're using. I know I do.

I'm using the gamepad.

Finally got started on my copy of MH4, and I'm loving it a lot. It's a bit of a shock going back to a point when I don't have so much materials that I can make as much potions as I want, but that's also part of the fun.

Right now, for some reason, I want to make an armor set from the Kecha, because I love monkey-like things. Also his blade master set has a really cool helmet.

I'd love to play online with someone sometime, but keep in mind I might noob things up a bit. I'm more used to MH3 on the Wii U, so I'm bound to fumble around here and there. I'm also petering around with Blade master sets when I've spent the last year using the Kelbi Bow.

Just finished playing Megaman 2. It was fun. I especially liked how the game makes you use the skills you aquired in ways that make you think.

Gonna go for Megaman 3 next.

Mega Man 3 has some of my favorite music in the Classic series. :h:

Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door is getting to a really dull part now. I intend to collect one extra Charge badge for both Mario and his partner, but having those darn things appear after battle is tedious beyond any stretch of the imagination.

By the way, when I was trying to farm those badges, I discovered a really neat trick involving Amazy Dayzees. If it runs away from battle, simply run away yourself and renter the battle. The Amazy Dayzee will be back for a rematch. I just wanted to share that in case you did not know that before.

100%ed Metroid: Zero Mission... with save-states. It's just impossible to do without. Some require a chain of perfect shinesparks, like the infamous one in Chozo Ruins, where one part gives you just enough time to morphball, drop, exit morphball before landing and dash, with tons of attempts failed because I was a frame too late or, when I managed to pull it off, didn't cancel fast enough or too early, because that part is just too tight. They went overboard with the puzzles in M:ZM. The ones in SM were fair and I only hated one in Fusion.

I love how the game is so "smooth" that you can just slide along the levels quickly if you're good.
