"Love" is the term used for present made for other members using their Personal Character. The love can be pixeled, drawn and scanned, modeled or even coded.

Personal character is a 'trend' in most art-based internet sites. Basically, it is a character that represents you in the site, in the form of avatars, drawings, project characters etc.
Thus, an original character, made by yourself, is preferred among the members of tSR. Nothing avoids you from basing off your character from an already made one, but taking the character as is and slap it as your personal character is generally frowned upon here.
we aren't heartless to give you punishments for using an already made character as your ref, but we really suggest you to make an original one soon. Since creating an character takes effort, some people will find it difficult, but it'll represent you better than anything else.

Those numbers next to the names refer to a user's user ID and are permanent. You can click it to find out which member this reference belongs to. In addition, if you have a constant name you like to be referred to despite username changes you can include that in your post to make things easier for those who wish to make you sweet, sweet love.
