Dang, seeing the "Gotta catch 'em all" slogan reminds me of when Pokémon actually did feel like the biggest thing in the world and actually getting new Pokémon did feel refreshing.

Yeah, there's just too many of them now, combined with the fact that there are so many event-only exclusives, of which those events have died. And even when you do get them all...Professor's like "OMG, TAKE THIS PAPER =D!" Yay~ I busted my ass to get all teh mons, searched high and low, went to all the events, and now I can have my very own virtual piece of paper *sheds a single tear*.
