This is my first time here. What do I need to do to it before it's ready to submit?

Go to the Models section of The VG Resource, then sign in on the right. Once you have done so, look underneath the website banner and you should see a thin navigation bar. Click on "Submit" from that navbar.
On your left, it will list various systems. Since this is from a PC game, you will want to click "PC/Computer". Click on the letter "T", and choose "Add New Game".
Here is where you will make the page for your game. Type in the game's title and add a picture (use the template here to make one: http://www.vg-resource.com/showthread.php?tid=6534). After this, you will submit your model.
Give the model a name, upload your .zip file and an icon of the model, and add a category for the model (in this case, it would be Vehicles). Then click on "Submit".
And you're done!
