Didn't Vipershark tell you that if you make another attachment, he'll warn you big time?

Anyway, to properly upload images onto the site, what you actually need to do is use an image hosting site (Photobucket and Imager are two good examples) to host the image off-site. Then, after you right-clicked on the uploaded image and copied the image URL, just hit the little image of the mountains you see above the area you rewrite your post. From there, just paste the image URL and you're good.

Oh. OK.

Did it. It should show now.

RE: Mario and Luigi Dream Team sprites - E-Man - 05-18-2014

I checked the file and it turned out to be a jpg (a "taboo" format when showing pixel art due to its grainy quality). Did you meant to make that file a jpg, or did you originally exported the original file as a png?

I'm curious because there are some image hosting sites that automatically change your files into jogs and I'm not familiar wit the image hosting site you're using.

Do you like it or not?

RE: Mario and Luigi Dream Team sprites - E-Man - 05-18-2014

If you mean the image host you are using, I am sorry to tell you that I do not think the host you found will cut it. If there is an option on the host to make sure image files are not converted into jpgs, that's fine; however, I would suggest you use Photobucket or some other image host that does not do that.

RE: Mario and Luigi Dream Team sprites - Kosheh - 05-18-2014

Uh, E-man it's sorta on me - most digital photos are stored as *.jpgs. I asked how he did it...sooo, it looks like he's taking a photo of each sprite, and then going by the official palette (screenshots?) he's pixeling each individually.

It seems kinda time-consuming but I guess I could see it working here.

You got the gist of it! Though it is time-consuming like you said, It all pays off! But, sadly, It only works on the menu screen.

E-man! I am using Photobucket! I don't know WHY you hate jpegs, but they are my favorite type of computer memory. I didn't make it into a jpeg, though.

Why's that? Do you have the 3D on?

Hey, guys! Sorry about the delay, I was over at mt. pleasant (FYI, It's not that pleasant!) Plus, I was up all last night attempting to replicate sprites.

RE: Mario and Luigi Dream Team sprites - Half A Mind - 06-11-2014

TheMario360, I acually think it might work better if it is in 3D. I will try that.
