RE: The Mugen Screenshot Thread - StarSock64 - 08-07-2013 my mugen setup freaking sucks because I usually just want to check out things that look weird if I ever feel like playing it again I'll probably find some actual fighting game characters ronald mcdonald is pretty legit though RE: The Mugen Screenshot Thread - McMaxxis - 08-07-2013 (08-06-2013, 03:37 PM)Neweegee Wrote: You guys do play Mugen right??? Years ago, yes. But then I realized it was poop. ....Screenies of my discontinued characters X and Zero: RE: The Mugen Screenshot Thread - Kriven - 08-07-2013 I tend to go for completed projects over just gathering bits and pieces, although I used to be a pretty avid character collector a few years back. I even made a couple stages, but they seem to have been lost. Sometimes I consider getting back into it, but I'd have to get a computer that can run it first. RE: The Mugen Screenshot Thread - Ton - 08-07-2013 I've always liked MUGEN. I wouldn't mind hosting sheets on the site, but I don't know how Dazz feels. Especially the parts where nobody considered that the sprites from "Official" games all have artists behind them who probably wouldn't want them distributed around the Internet. I guess only hobbyists deserve respect :p RE: The Mugen Screenshot Thread - Neweegee - 08-08-2013 (08-07-2013, 03:18 PM)Kriven Wrote:(08-07-2013, 02:32 PM)Random Talking Bush Wrote:(08-07-2013, 09:00 AM)Ton Wrote: I've always liked MUGEN. Well, companies can't take sprites from other companies and hobbyist can't take sprites from other hobbyist, would've made since if hobbyist didn't take sprites from companies, edit them and then say you need their permission to use them, whereas companies can't touch almost anything by a hobbyist even if it was the company's in the first place(proven by that whole New Super Mario Bros. D.I.Y. thing) But before that escalates into a locked topic... More Mugen!! (\/ In the spoiler\/) RE: The Mugen Screenshot Thread - Stasis Rune - 08-09-2013 MUGEN screenshots always make me laugh. I guess in a good way. I thought about trying it out sometime...how hard is it? Or, is that not a question for this topic? I mean, if I knew how to use it, I'd try it out, and post screenshots in this thread... RE: The Mugen Screenshot Thread - Kriven - 08-09-2013 MUGEN's not hard to use at all once you figure it all out. Maybe an hour of semi-frustrating learning and from then on it's all real simple stuff. RE: The Mugen Screenshot Thread - GaryCXJk - 08-09-2013 Also, for those wondering, Homsar isn't complete, and will probably never be. Regardless, if anyone's interested in him: Download It also contains the raw images used for Homsar. EDIT: Stage is Butter Building. RE: The Mugen Screenshot Thread - Keychain - 08-10-2013 I've always wanted to perfect my own Mugen, but some time down the line it ends up breaking and I have to start all over. |
