Since it seems Drshnaps didn't see that they were *done*...

BTW, I'm also ripping Kabula alongside Blade Knight.

RE: Super Star Ultra - Omegakyogre - 09-28-2008

Someone asked for an update on how Galacta Knight was getting along:

http://i164.photobucket.com/albums/u33/omegakyogre/GalactaKnight_Sheet.png

He's taking a lot more time than usual because they really butchered him in the files. Only about 1 out of every 10 sprite of him comes in one cohesive batch, with all of the pieces near each other; most of him has the bottom of his feet separated from the rest of the sprite, and I'm going to have to piece the rest of him together from the spare parts that are left at the bottom of the sheet.

Also, schoolwork. Cry

I think I'll do a quick rip of the Star Chariot and its helper because there's not a whole lot to rip and I can feel like I'm actually progressing Big Grin.

Get an emulator and find a screenie yourself if you need to Wink

I'm sure someone on this board has a No$Gba save file that'll allow you to go straight to Milky Way Wishes or something so you can fight him immediately.

Just remember to set No$Gba's video setting to "Poppy Bright."

His palette should be near the beginning of the file, but here's a screenie anyway:

Sorry. I thought they looked pretty finished but I didn't see you actually say that they were done anywhere.
Oh snap, it looks like I need another snapshot. I need another picture of masked Dedede; one of him in his idle pose so I can see the proper way to position the mask on his face.

It'll be really hard to get every single frame there...

RE: Super Star Ultra - Omegakyogre - 09-28-2008

Sploder, do you mind if I ask you to get a screen of one of the Star Chariot's shots? Not of the chariot itself, but one of the star things it shoots out.

I thought shot.b contained the palette for it, but it turns out that it doesn't.

RE: Super Star Ultra - EliteKill - 09-28-2008

Hi, sorry I didn't post for some time. My PC crashed, and now I need to start all over. 2 questions though:

1. How do you compile the cut-off parts so good and so fast?
2. hmet.b doesn't seem to be the PLAYABLE Meta-Knight. Anyone have any idea where is the playable one?

Thanks in advance for any help Smile

1. Practice. Also, after a while you notice a pattern on how the individual pieces are put together; this makes it much easier to put together things you wouldn't be able to guess otherwise.

2. Are you sure it's not the playable MK? Only playable characters seem to be in the pd folder. Boss MK should be in the b10 folder.

Sploder, if you can't get a screenie could you send me your save file through a PM so I can get them myself? It'd be very helpful.

RE: Super Star Ultra - Danny531 - 09-28-2008

ya there is a playable metaknight i have the game and the helpers there playable too...so there are recolors like waddle doo auqua coclor and red knukcle joe and white TAC so...ya

RE: Super Star Ultra - EliteKill - 09-28-2008

Well, I didn't see any heal sprites, and the Mach Tornado (I think that's the name) were the ones of the boss (thinner, blue colored) and not the playable ones (much bigger and red)...

RE: Super Star Ultra - Danny531 - 09-28-2008

ya thats one of the moves for playable metaknight
