the brown doesn't go all the way around his mouth like it should to indicate an octo mouth and it looks weird...
also Gors has brown sleeves, but that was because of readability I guess.

Yeah, he's fully human. Guy drawing me as 009 was more just a reference to my bright yellow scarf/cape and how I have similar hair (and it was a Halloween gift). But I mean, if it's supposed to be futuristic I don't mind being part cyborg. The character's attitude is mainly inspired by costumed martial arts heroes (think like Kamen Rider/Skullomania/Iron Fist or even Captain Falcon in Smash Bros or Jin in Marvel vs Capcom), and he kind of constantly yells about justice and punching crimes in the face.

But yeah, do whatever you want with him, he can be as serious or as goofy and over-the-top as you want. I just love seeing other people use my characters for stuff like this, haha.

(there's also the whole thing about my other ref, Jester Frog, being Tellis' Stand/Persona/psyche familiar but haha you don't gotta use that)

Jester Frog seems like a good boss or villain.

I think either Gors or Dazz should be the "Main Hero" instead of him/her being a separate entity, just so that the playable characters are all actual TSR people.
Also I feel like Previous is more of an Item User or a Well-Rounded than a Magic/Ability guy, as he's a robot and all.

tbh i think Virtuaboy's idea is better. I could see the main hero being a new poster on tsr and trying to get used to the tsr style of humor and in-jokes and past drama.

If you can animate one of them, I'd be happy to do mine (and possibly others) and help with whatever. I just need some sort of reference to folllow.

Also I think Previous should be a magic/ability type because a lot of his moves could feature lazers/cliche science beams/robotic things. They don't necessarily have to be mages to be the psychic type (see Metagross/Starman etc etc). Also if you're going for the futuristic type I think Previous fits the bill.

Heh the starman isn't what i was referring to but yeah it is a pun on starmen/starman from that nes wrestling game.

Description
Flamboyant Fighters designed by the mysterious ?????.
Their chiseled bodies give them high resistance to magic and tech.
Beware of their Special Ray!(reference to wrestler)

still cool, either way. With the arms akimbo and star faces I immediately thought of these guys.

I'd suggest making the legs a little longer. If they need to fit in that height simply have them bent--The lower legs need to be lengthened, methinks.

This can also be used as the base for the Scientist NPCs too since most of them share the same bodies.

Kind of hard to get a good idea of how a character looks when facing sideways

Goggles don't usually look like that from the side, Ryan. I'd probably move it a little more the right like this. The shapes also seem a little too blocky. It needs ~life~ to it.
