I'm working on a scout sprite project and plan to complete it later on.

I'll edit soon with a review of the sprite

EDIT: there is a severe lack in contrast with your colour selection,
your proportions are fairly skewed, the head is very round, the shotguns very chunky and the bats outline being a different colour to everything else makes it stick out rather bad.
all that and there is quite nasty pillow shading.
I'd advise starting back at line art and base colours,
then building the sprite up from there we can give you more specialised crits as to how you can improve in each aspect.
