Hopefully that means they've at least resolved issues with FX Chip emulation and we can get the original Star Fox on Virtual Console. Same for whatever is holding up N64 Wii U VC games.

The best would not be emulating SNES Starfox. It'd be reprogramming the game, with the same music, models and gameplay, but with the graphic processing of the new consoles. Basically, a SNES Starfox without any kind of lag. Can you imagine that?

I just want to see Starfox's polygon graphix in delicious HD. That, or 3D Classics Starfox for 3DS.

Funny, I was just having a conversation about a month ago with a friend on Steam, discussing that when Capcom goes under, Platinum should buy back the rights to the games they made when they were at Clover Studios, while Nintendo should buy up everything else.

well yeah on a forum practically filled with nintenda fanboys they always seem like the best idea

oh boy here it comes, here i am predicting the future
this mysterious ad

it says "we're buying capcom in a few months...#4theplayers"

no really let's get serious, Capcom becoming a subsidiary of SCE as an answer to Microsoft's...everything seems pretty practical, and then literally nothing changes (except PS Allstars 2 happening and being a clone of Street Fighter x Tekken)

this is exciting news, though - what if like though
a rapper bought it
and then they just made fighting games with rappers O_____O!!!!!!

RE: Gaming Lounge - Helmo - 06-18-2014

when you buy capcom does it come with everything or do you have to purchase additional DLC?

RE: Gaming Lounge - Kriven - 06-18-2014

And now for a different tangent:

wouldn't it be possible to get the N64 Virtual Console to emulate the Transfer Pack by using an SD card with the save file of Mario Tennis/Golf/Pokemon?

Is there a reason Alex is not playable in VC Mario Tennis other than: "We're lazy and don't care"?

all the DLC is there on day one but it's tucked away within the physical media. you're more or less buying unlock codes for additional franchises (can't wait until they put the megaman unlock key on sale)

i didn't even know fanboying for anything other than Nintendo existed anymore (as Nintendo fanboys are literally the "mac people" of video game consoles in 2014. actual, true nintendo fanboys are literally the most grating [see "any post on miiverse" for a good example of this])

being, you know, both Microsoft and Sony pretty much have the exact same game library albeit one gets Shooting Game and the other gets Platforming Game so I don't really understand why people argue about which is better

"wow. your console can make graphics a little better. mine can um.
not freeze. wow"

(great water)

What is with that guy and his fascination with video game water?
