It really pisses me off how they removed the cool weapon combining mechanic in the GBA one. It was like one of the main things. And otherwise the GBA is a fine sequel.
Original is just awesome though. If Sega made a HD version (with no changes) I'd buy it in an instant. And that's kinda sad.

I dislike the design/aesthetic choices of the GBA one and prefer the Genesis art style and ideas better. It'd be neat if it got a widescreen 4-player sequel rather than a remake. You know, play as: Red, Blue, Yellow, AND Green. (No one said he was actually DEAD now did they? :V)

Oh by the way a Japanese Nintendo Direct happened today. it was dedicated to the Daigasso Band Brothers game coming out to the 3DS.

If you don't know what Daigasso Band Bros is, it's a music game/ music maker featuring Barbara the Bat seen in Smash Bros. Brawl as an Assist Trophy.
It looks pretty cool. You get to make your own Vocaloid singer with your face!
