The anatomy is a bit wonky. His arms are different lengths, and there are a lot of straight lines. Also his face looks a little deflated.
The selout is also somewhat overdone and unnecessary.

That's not cheating. That's how many companies worked around the 3 color limit, at the cost of a background however. You made a sprite suitable for a black BG, that's what it is. It's just not friendly towards different BGs.

I'm not satisfied with the shading, and the face too (low contrast on pallete to do something better, but rules are rules)...if someone would like to improve, thats would be great!

His Right Leg (our left) is shaded incorrectly. The shadow should be to the left, not the right. Also, why does the underwear(?) part have a shine, and no other parts (other than the ear and the hands) have a shine?

Also uhh, I'm sorry but I probably won't get to make anything for this before the month's over... I wanted to but I've just got other things to take care of that I feel are of higher priority. Don't worry though I'll start spriting again sometime.
