So far I can see (excuse me for not knowing the names, I don't much care for the ones I don't know) Killzone dude, Clown guy from Twisted Metal, Sly, Fat Princess, PaRappa and Kratos.
Backgrounds include Pattapon, and one from Sly? The others are too generic.

Lol, I'm not going to sugar coat this post, that looks terrible, and it's so obvious it's just a rip off of Super Smash Bros.

I'd like to point out the incompleteness of the logo, so here's a bigger version:

Now looking at the way the 3D text works, they have combined the letters into solid objects, right?
Where are some letters slightly disconnected pointlessly? (R on All-Stars is a letter in itself, and has a disconnection line, RO in Royale)
There's some random lighting coming from behind the YA of Royale
The word "Playstation" seems to be too far over to the left, likely because they including the ® into the logo.
This seems pretty poor already.

I think the worst part about this is that people will eat this up, people who are too impatient to wait for the next Super Smash Bros, and people who just hate Nintendo in general, and will most likely get much more praise than it deserves.
Then again I kinda don't like Sony eheh.

Good lord, even the music that they used in that youtube video (don't even think it's game related music, just think they were using it as background music) sounds so generic and stupid. This game looks so terrible. I'd love to be forced to eat my own words, because I've always been a big fan of most crossover games, but this just seems so bad at first glance.

This looks like a hybrid of Cartoon Network: Punchtime Explosion and TMNT: Smash-Up!!
Neither of which were good games.

I don't really have a problem with this being a Smash Bros rip off. A Smash Bros. type game with Sony characters sounds like it could be pretty fun.
