Could anyone tell me how to make a Dreamcast game disk backup? I've heard of people doing it, and I've also heard it's near impossible to do so. Could someone clear my head?

Dreamcast disc basically have multiple tracks on them which allow them to store more information that you'd get on a CD. If you google DiscJuggler you'll find a program which will burn/rip the multiple tracks for you which should allow you to create/burn your backup to a CD for use!
It's really as simple as that, hope that helps!

Thanks. So that pretty much means that once I burn the files to another disk, I can extract the ISO... Right? Another thing. Can I rip the disk and place the ripped tracks on my pc instead of burning it on another disk?
