So the spinning bow tie is separate, cause the frame of Blunder is always random.

Funky done! And good god these sprites are a mess! Especially the walking poses.

Looks like I had to do it! All that's left for me to do are the remaining Bears.

Fantastic, AJ!

RE: Monkeying Around - A.J. Nitro - 02-12-2012

Sorry, nothing to post right now, but you guys have been pretty quiet about your WIP. How are they coming along so far?

RE: Monkeying Around - HandToeKnee - 02-13-2012

Nothing new here, either. I've been REALLY busy. I'll try and get something up soon Wink

RE: Monkeying Around - Davy Jones - 02-13-2012

The backgrounds give me more trouble than I thought, it seems that vSNES has not enough layer to display the foggy snow background properly.

Anyway, here is another sheet:

Wow, that's crazy. nice work!

Speaking of work, it's been sucking me dry lately. That's why I haven't done much. :/

Btw, here is a WIP. The snow on the foggy background is not separate and I wonder if the SNES is able to create such an effect ingame.

RE: Monkeying Around - Ton - 02-13-2012

Updated the first post with some more detailed missing sprites and completed sheets. Big Grin

RE: Monkeying Around - A.J. Nitro - 02-13-2012

Another fused sheet! And Ton, you can also add to the first post that the aquatic enemies of DKC2 have to be looked over because some of the enemies on that sheet only have their under water palette and not their regular. As well as the DKC3 Kremlings sheet which some of the enemies are missing small pieces of their sprites. The only ones I know that need to be re-ripped are Klasp and Bazuka. Take a closer look at them and you'll see what I mean. Not sure about any of the others, but it wouldn't hurt to find out.

RE: Monkeying Around - A.J. Nitro - 02-13-2012

Have another! Granville's name isn't on this sheet, because some of his background pieces were slightly cut off, so I got them myself.

RE: Monkeying Around - Davy Jones - 02-14-2012

Nice ones, vSNES makes it possible =D

@Tonberry: I have some suggestions for the DKC 2 misc sheet:
- background bees from the honey stages
- enemies falling into water (sfx, world 1)
- enemies falling into lava (sfx, world 2)

Not sure if you need vSNES for the last two.

RE: Monkeying Around - Garamonde - 02-14-2012

I love vSNES... Cry

It's really helping with what I'm working on at the moment.

What are you working on Mighty? Project related?
