Wanting to get into spriting - Tanooki John - 05-28-2011

I been wanting to get into spriting more, but even I can make pretty basic sprite comics and simple pictures with photoshop (mainly Photofiltre) I still have very little experence in self editing sprites. Although im unable to make any fresh clean spritesheets.

I been looking for people to help me, but I do know some friends of mine who have good sprite edit experence. (I also know some people here I known from Sheezy Art) Although I wish I could do them myself, but I lack proper experence and pixel knowhow. I also collect allot of spritesheets, including fanmade.

I do have software that can help me well like Photofiltre and MSPaint. Now I have Paint.Net and Photoshop Elements 9, although im new to them and I mainly use photoshop for digital art practice and sometimes for sprite work like comic making and some editing etc,.

If anyone would like to share some ideas, and other good rescorces, I would appreciate it. I can link you to some of my work and some sites of mine if you like? (that way, I can show you what I had done in the past)

All you need is MSPaint.
Other things help... like, I use photoshop because the duplication of layers, and hiding of layers help me a lot.
But ugh otherwise.. I don't really know what to say...
Just make stuff and post them here(not in this thread, in the 'Spriting and Pixel Art' forum), and hopefully people will comment.

It's fine. And I will post some of my old stuff (in the right forums) to show you guys what I can do. And sorry for the late reply.
