Textures have gotta be in .png format. I'll fix it this time, but please do it yourself in the future.
Being a Sonic fan I'd really love to see this game get completely ripped since it looks so nice. Now if only the the game played as well as it looked I wouldn't hate it so much.
Edit: Yeah also, your material assignments are off in your .mtl. This is because since every material is named "StandardMaterial" and the .mtl format doesn't support using the exact same material name for multiple materials.

That's fine if you want to submit those, but please include the original textures as well. While I can take the models as they are, I'd really, really prefer you include the original textures as well since they're the ones the models were meant to have.

I only edited them because we all know, the '06 textures are really weird and don't look right.
