I was making Mario Powerups and I made this one.

Terrible edits are really not what this forum is for. I must urge you to make attempts to make entirely custom work. With that; we can give you much better advice and critique to help you improve.

I'm saying it's really unremarkable, and it honestly too basic to give it much critique.
Edits do have their place in the world of spriting, but more or less only on scales a lot more grand (and a hell of a lot more interesting) than Super Mario sprites.

its one hell of a shit/lazy edit, if that makes it clear. either bring proper content to get feedback on stuff thats being worked on, or simply dont post at all.
