I was using google image search for something non-specific and stumbled across this on the destructoid blog. Anyway, I was wondering if someone had actually MADE a flash game or a MMF game like this, and if so, where is it? Or is this just some rather nicely done sprite editing and a pleasant hoax?

I know you're gonna get some bad feedback for posting that so just warning you ahead of time.
First off, I think this is the wrong form section to post this in. Like the details that are RIGHT underneath "Spriting and Pixel Art" say: "This here is the forum in which you post your custom sprites and pixel art."
Not to sound rude, but reading these little things can help you from getting your butt chewed out.
Second, I don't think that's a game..it's just a mockup thing for fun. : P

It's not even much of an edit. Looks like he recolored the SMA2 sprites (Mario and Luigi), recolored the M&L3 Bowser, and then arranged these (along with some SMB stuff) into a mockup. The only thing here that looks even remotely like it's custom would be the move selection blocks over Mario's head, and, well, while they don't look horrible, they aren't that special either.
