have you tried it with celshading and no outline?
idk, i'm really not digging the outline.

you might want to beef up the grey contrast in the no-outline version

maybe also try coloured outlines?

I think is clothes are to round towards the bottom.
I can't remember if it was like that in the show, or if it just flat-out drags on the ground.
EDIT: The way it was in your first post is the way I remember it.
