To my knowledge, this is every non-E-reader-related foreground tile in the game, including those from all cinematics and the title screen. All blocks of solid colors were left out (other than the water tile, mainly because there were so many partially-water tiles in the underground levels I didn't want to rip them all). All palettes and animations included, to my knowledge (save for the P-Switch, as there's over a dozen, and only the "P" ever changes color). Palettes not used in the game were not included (unless part of a set, as is the case with a few airship, pipe, and wood block tiles).

And if you're wondering why the Muncher is there, it's technically considered a tile by the game, and I only put it on the enemies sheet because it looked enough like one to be considered one.
