Check the Genesis section on the front page. The first Double Dragon's sprites are already available there.

As for the other enemies, well they don't seem to be fully ripped as far as I know so this is all I can find (just one pose and a palette swap) http://scrollboss.illmosis.net/sprites.php?g=doubledragon . Willy sees to be missing altogether.
